After originating the Oklahoma Agrinet in the fall of 1977, Ron directed the efforts of the agricultural network 29 years for three different owners. The last of those three owners, Clear Channel, owned the Agrinet for many of those years, and after a great ride all those years, Ron felt the need to get back to just doing farm broadcasting and to “just” zero in on covering Oklahoma. So, August 14th, 2006 found Ron joining Griffin Communications and the Radio Oklahoma Network as their Director of Farm Programming! Thus, “Ron on RON” was born.
